From the initial meet to the final clean-up after installation the entire experience was smooth, well orchestrated and comfortable. I had access to Erika (the owner and "Big Boss") throughout. Erika was amazing, showing real interest in my input and concerns, answering all questions with knowledge and professionalism. Best of all, Erika is a genuine person in all her interactions and provided exactly what I needed at a reasonable cost. I didn't even bother getting my usual 3 estimates for a job; I knew she could do it and I felt confident she would come through. The response time was very fast. I sent a request for an estimate and received same day response and feedback from Randy. I was very apprehensive about getting this major repair done to my home, but VR put my worries to ease. I called, texted, and always received a response from Randy and Erica. I picked out my colors and my roof was completed within a 2 week period. In between the 2 week period, I received email reminders and updates about supply delivery. The VR team arrived on schedule and kept me updated on the progress. Final walk through was completed by Randy and Erica to ensure that all loss debris was cleared out. After roof work was completed, I received more follow up from VR which was impressive as many companies do the work and you never hear from them again. I am very happy with the final results. My home has been restored back to it’s natural beauty and I can’t stop looking at my roof.
